Citizenship Types
For processing applications, applicants are designated as either Domestic or International depending on your Citizenship Type to determine appropriate requirements and fees.
Domestic Applicants are applicants with the following Citizenship Types:
- U.S. Citizen;
- Lawful U.S. Permanent Resident;
- Asylee;
- Refugee;
- Paroled in the Public Interest
International Applicants are applicants with the following Citizenship Types:
- International (you are a citizen of another country);
- Adjustment of Status (you are in the process of applying for lawful U.S. Permanent Residency);
- Non-Citizen-Other. Select 'Non-Citizen-Other' if none of the previous options apply to you.
