Campuswide Commencement Ceremony Registration

Online registration for commencement is now closed. If you have not yet registered, please call the Graduate College at (217) 333-4610.

Demographics

Name - Please enter your name exactly as it appears in Student Self-Service.
Mailing Address - Please enter a complete and current mailing address including number and street name, apartment number, city/province, state, country, and zip or postal code.
Country of Origin - Please select your country of origin from the list supplied. This will assist us in finding someone to help in the pronunciation of your name for the campuswide ceremony.
Telephone Number - Please enter your complete telephone number including country code, area code, and complete number. Example: U.S. (999) 999-9999 or International 011 (99) (9) 999-9999.
E-mail Address - Please enter your current e-mail address.

Commencement Information

Program of Study - Please select your program of study from the list supplied.
Dissertation Deposit Information - Please check the box if you have deposited. If you have not deposited, please enter an anticipated deposit date. (Note: You will not be required to deposit by the date you have entered. If you cannot deposit on or by that date, please be reminded that you must deposit no later than May 2, 2008 in order to participate in the 2008 campuswide commencement.)
Number of Guest Tickets Needed - Please enter number of guest tickets needed for the campuswide ceremony. There is no limit.
Obtain Your Guest Tickets - Guest tickets can be mailed to you if you are not currently in the Champaign-Urbana area. Please check the box to have your guest tickets mailed to you. (Be sure to double-check your mailing address for accuracy.) If you are in the Champaign-Urbana area, you will need to pick up guest tickets at the Graduate College, 204 Coble Hall, 801 South Wright Street, Champaign.

Special Needs - If you have any special needs that we need to be aware of, please let us know in the space provided so that we can assist you better. (Please let us know if you are in a wheelchair, have a hearing impairment, etc.)

Submit

Please click the submit button to complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly thereafter.

Print the confirmation e-mail. If you requested guest tickets be mailed to you, please keep the e-mail for your records. If you are in the Champaign-Urbana area, please pick up your guest tickets at the Graduate College, 801 South Wright Street, 204 Coble Hall between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by May 9, 2008. You will need to bring your email confirmation with you.
