• Application Date

• Not necessarily the date the web application submitted

• Is a date/time field – be careful with Business Object report conditions (GARDS uses date only)

• Application Source

• Paper applications will have a source of GRE test score or no source

• Application Number

• Each application in a term assigned unique number (may be in different programs)
