Program Questionnaire Responsibilities
The Graduate College and participating programs will work in close collaboration to complete the program questionnaires. The Graduate College will gather information about graduate admission and candidacy practices from participating programs and extract information from institutional sources to answer enrollment, completion, attrition and degree questions. Participating programs will review the responses, complete the remaining portions of the questionnaire, and send the updates to the Graduate College. The Graduate College will complete the final parts of the survey, such as postdoctoral demographics, based on the input from the participating programs. The table below shows a preliminary mapping of responsibilities for program questionnaire completion.
